A new base for me this year has been this silky soft superwash merino yak silk 4ply.
It has a 65/20/15 composition and you get 120g per skein so that's 480m.(bigger than a usual skein, hence the price per skein)
The silk in these skeins resists the dyes and makes for a almost stonewashed effect. So it's a tonal grass/glen green.
Photographs in natural daylight no filters.
All my hand dyed yarns are produced using professional acid dyes. As is this nature of hand dyeing, no two skeins are identical.
Any multiple orders of the same colour will be taken from the same batch.
All superwash yarn can be machine washed on a cool wash, but I personally always handwash larger items.A little bleeding may occur on the first wash - this is normal. Reshape whilst wet and dry flat.
All my yarns are ethically produced.
